Total Screens Metric Excludes Invited Screenings

What's New?

The Total Screens metric now excludes screenings with a status of Invited. Only screenings that were actually started and have a status of Complete, Incomplete, or Not Started are included in the count. Existing data has been updated retroactively, so you'll see this change across all existing dashboards.

Why Does It Matter?

Previously, screenings with a status of Invited were included in the Total Screens metric even though they carry no score or duration data. This inflated the count and made the Screen Completion Rate appear artificially low. With these records excluded, Total Screens, Screen Completion Rate, and Average Screening Scores metrics now reflect actual screening activity.
